Information we collect

• Account details: your name or username, email address, and profile picture.
• Profile details you give us: your school and chosen avatar.
• Study activity: flashcards you answer, your results, review schedule, weekly plan, and usage counts.
• Plan and payment status: which plan you are on and when it ends. Card and e-wallet details are entered with our payment provider, and we do not see or store them.
• Basic site usage, such as which blog pages are viewed.

How we use your information

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To save your progress and show your dashboard and leaderboard.
• To manage your plan and process payments.
• To send sign-in links and important service emails.
• To improve prepPH and fix problems.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run prepPH:

• Google, for sign-in and for hosting our database (Firebase).
• PayMongo, to process payments for paid plans.
• Brevo, to send emails such as sign-in links.
• Your name or username, avatar, and school may be visible to other users on the leaderboard.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use them to show you ads.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email us at hello@prepph.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Children

prepPH is made for high school students preparing for college entrance exams. If you are under 18, please use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
